We want you to be completely over the moon with your purchase. We offer returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging to our studio with tags still on (as it was received); return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We suggest you use a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen returned items.
Full refund will be issued (less shipping cost), in the manner for which the item was paid. We will notify you once the refund has been made.

Always ensure you inspect your items prior to wearing. If you feel there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. At this time we are unable to exchange merchandise, due to small batch production or one of a kind pieces in nature. However, if you feel your product is in any way damaged or broken prior to wearing; please contact us within seven days of purchasing. After this time we're unable to assume liability due to wear and tear or improper handling. regifting is always an option.
Due to the handmade nature of custom orders we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them. Please choose your items carefully and feel free to ask us any questions about our items prior to purchase.
Because items are made to order and take sometimes days to produce, we are not able to issue refunds should you change your mind after purchase. All custom orders are created especially for you. We are a small business and can't afford to create made to order items simply for you to try on. We also don’t allow buy and try. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we suspect this has occurred. We have a Toronto studio were you are welcome to make a no obligation appointment and try on as many items before making a decision. Alternatively video and email consultations are also an option. Given the hygienic nature of earrings, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on earrings. They are final sale.
