Shipping Policy

We're located in Toronto Canada and use Canada Post Express service within Canada and the US and various carriers for International.  All packages come with a tracking number. 

Processing Times

On average orders are shipped within 48-72 hours or the next business day. Shipping is not processed on weekends. All shipping orders are shipped from our studio only. If you ordered a pre-ordered or custom item, your entire order will ship once the item(s) are ready.

Shipping Times

We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package leaves our studio it is out of our control. On average with orders within Ontario arrive within 3-5 business days (5-7 business days outside Ontario). Again, this is just on average and there are no guarantees. 


Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking for your shipment.  This information is sent via email once the item has shipped. If the tracking is not updating after five business day, please reach out and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is FREE over $100 in Ontario. 

Flat rate of $5 in Ontario under $100

Rest of Canada outside Ontario $8 

USA flat rate of $10

International flat rate of $15

We also offer free local pickup at our Toronto studio (401 & Leslie). Please leave us a note upon check out (in the notes section)

*Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, all shipping times are delayed; we don't have control over shipment times once the package leaves our studio.  We suggest picking up if your order is not time sensitive. For your convenience, we are offering the following.

For custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks production time prior to shipping. This does not include shipping times.

Orders will ship to the address listed on check out. Please ensure the correct address is listen on your order.  We are NOT able to issue refunds if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be required to reorder your item(s) to the correct address.

We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If you have a community mailbox please make sure you check any notices which direct you to an alternate box were the package might be. Or check with your neighbors, sometimes the letter carrier makes mistakes; they're human.
