Shipping Policy

We're located in Toronto Canada and use Canada Post Express service within Canada and the US and various carriers for International.  All packages come with a tracking number. 

** We can not cancel an order once it's been processed and/or shipped.  Please see our FAQ section for more info

Processing Times

On average orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours or the next business day. Shipping times may be delayed during the holiday season; shipping is not processed on weekends. All shipping orders are shipped from our studio only. If you ordered a pre-ordered or custom item, your entire order will ship once the item(s) are ready.

Shipping Times

We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package leaves our studio it is out of our control. On average with orders within Ontario arrive within 3-5 business days (5-7 business days outside Ontario). Again, this is just on average and there are no guarantees. Due to the current pandemic, shipments might be delayed and take longer than usual to arrive.

** As of November 1, 2020 Canada Post has suspended all shipping guarantees for tracked mail **


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.  This information is sent via email once the item has shipped. If the tracking is not updating after five business day, please reach out with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Shipping is FREE over $150 in Canada. 

Flat rate of $10 in Canada under $150

USA flat rate of $10

International flat rate of $20

Curbside Pick up

We also offer FREE local pickup at our Toronto studio (401 & Leslie). Please select curbside pick up on check out

Once you select curbside pickup, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Orders will take approximately 3 business days to complete.  Once the order is complete you will receive a link via email to book your pick up time.

Pick up times will be scheduled in 15 minute windows in order to safely facilitate social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Please be respectful of your pick up window.

*Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, all shipping times are delayed; we don't have control over shipment times once the package leaves our studio.  We suggest using curbside picking up if your order is time sensitive. 

If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us before ordering

For custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks production time prior to shipping. This does not include shipping times.

Orders will ship to the address listed on check out. Please ensure the correct address is listed on your order.  We are NOT able to issue refunds if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be required to reorder your item(s) to the correct address or pick up from our studio should the package be returned to sender. 

Lost or stolen packages

We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your order please do the following.

- Check your community mailbox if you have one. Please make sure you check any notices which direct you to an alternate box were the package might be.

- Check with all your neighbors, sometimes the letter carrier makes mistakes; they're human.

If you have done all of the above and you still don't have the package, please contact Canada post to create a ticket within 2 days! 

Once you have this ticket number, send us an email with your order number and ticket number and we will look into it.  Canada post has their own process for investigating lost/stolen items and we must wait for their investigations to conclude before any further action is taken.  We are unable to remediate the situation without a ticket being created in a timely manner.

Please note: Customs delays occur from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. We are NOT responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred

Ensure that your address is entered correctly during check out. Double and triple check the accuracy as we are not responsible for incorrect entries. We ship to the address indicated in the system at the time of the order.

Should you enter the address incorrectly, we are not responsible for the whereabouts or the package and we will not be able to send another order.  You must repurchase the order under the correct address.

If the item is returned back to us, we can ship it back for the flat rate shipping option based on the region at the time of the order.  This will incur the appropriate flat rate fee.  If you decide you no longer want the item, we can provide a refund, less the shipping cost plus a $25 restocking fee
