We're based in Toronto Canada. We use Canada Post express service within Canada and the US and various carriers for International. Compared to regular mail it provides faster, traceable shipping and offers insurance on your package.
Items shipped within the GTA take a few days, 3-4 days for the rest of Ontario and up to 5-7 days for Maritimes and BC; you can also track your package from our confimation email. These timelines are for business days (Mon - Fri) and not inclusive of weekends or holidays
*All packages are shipped using tracking, and therefore shipping fees reflect this. We do not send items using regular mail.
Shipping is FREE over $100 in Ontario.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 in Ontario under $100
Rest of Canada outside Ontario $8
USA flat rate of $10
International flat rate of $15

We also offer free local pickup at our Toronto studio (401 & Leslie). This option shows up automatically based on your postal code and you can enter code STUDIOPICKUP There is free street parking ☺ Please email us with your order number to arrange a pickup date and time.
*Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, all shipping times are delayed; we don't have control over shipment times once the package leaves our studio. We suggest picking up if your order is not time sensitive. For your convenience, we are offering the following.
PICK UP OPTIONS:
1. This is Made (in Vaughan). Every Wednesdays until social restrictions have been lifted. You must contact them to arrange the pick up time
2. Accessories by Talia studio (401 & Leslie). You must email us with your order number to arrange a pick up date and time.
Please indicate in the order notes, which location you would like to pick up.

For custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks production time prior to shipping. This does not include shipping times.
Orders will ship to the address listed on check out. Please ensure the correct address is listen on your order. We are NOT able to issue refunds if they are shipped to the wrong address. You will be required to reorder your item(s) to the correct address.
We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have a community mailbox please make sure you check any notices which direct you to an alternate box were the package might be. Or check with your neighbors, sometimes the letter carrier makes mistakes.
